Every year, the PSK Environmental team pack away their laptops and hi vis and come together for a team bonding day. This year, the team took indulgence to new heights visiting not one, but three wineries and a distillery on Mount Tambourine. The team were enraptured by the knowledge of Cedar Creek Estate Winery sommelier, Judi, who instructed the team on a proper tasting procedure.
Other stops for the day included Witches Falls Winery and Mason’s Family Winery before a final stop at the Tambourine Mountain Distillery where the PSK team warmed their bellies with a tasting selection of artisanal liqueurs and spirits.
