At PSK, one of our core values is having fun — and for us, fun means giving back, getting involved, and celebrating the passions that bring our people joy and purpose.
This National Volunteer Week, we’re shining a spotlight on the amazing Allana Ralph from our PSK Environmental team — a powerhouse of energy, enthusiasm, and generosity both in and outside the workplace.
When she’s not supporting environmental outcomes at PSK, Allana is a dedicated dance teacher at Xtreme Dance Company, mentoring and inspiring a group of young dancers every week. Her commitment to these kids goes far beyond choreography — she’s helping build confidence, discipline, and community.
And this year, she’s helping them dream BIG by supporting their journey to perform at Disneyland and tour Broadway in New York this September!
Recently, her dancers wowed the crowd at the Ipswich Combined Teachers Dance Festival, bringing home:
5 x 1st place
6 x 2nd place
2 x 3rd place
Adjudicator’s Choice Award (two age groups!)
Allana’s story is just one example of how volunteering can enrich lives and create lasting impact.
We’re proud to have people like Allana on our team, passionate, committed, and always bringing that spark.
Here’s to the volunteers who make a difference, in all the ways that matter.
