Allana Ralph

Senior Environmental Scientist

Allana is a Senior Environmental Scientist, with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Environmental Science and Environmental Sustainability at Griffith University.

Allana has extensive experience in various soil, sediment, and groundwater projects related to contaminated land, including work with Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), asbestos, and acid sulfate soils (ASS). She has managed projects and conducted desktop, preliminary, and detailed investigations. Additionally, Allana has assisted in developing site management plans and has been involved in remediation and validation projects. She also mentors and trains junior staff.

In 2022, Allana was seconded to the Brisbane Airport Corporation for nine months as an Environmental Project Manager. In this role, she ensured construction projects complied with federal guidelines by developing and following project-specific Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs).

Currently, Allana is a committee member of the Australian Contaminated Land Consultants Association (ACLCA) and served as the Chair of the Young Professional Group of ACLCA in 2019. She is the recipient of the 2022 Damien Morris Award for Industry Excellence by ACLCA.
