ECHO CHAMBER ESCAPE – FROM LOATHING CHEMISTRY TO COMPLETING A PHD IN ENVIRONMENTAL GEOCHEMISTRY

In an echo chamber, the same perspectives and opinions are heard over and over again. As a female founding director and scientist with Italian heritage, Silvana had the privilege to share her story with Echo Chamber Escape to inspire other women with a CALD background (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse).

As a woman from a STEM and CALD background Silvana has always aspired to aim high and to have her perspectives heard; she continues to advocate diversity and inclusion, attract and coach other women to fast track learnings from those who have gone before them and build on a community designed to share, guide, connect and thrive.
