FROM HIGH HEELS TO HIGH VIS – FOUNDING DIRECTOR, SILVANA, PRESENTS TO STUDENTS AT GRIFFITH UNIVERSITY
Silvana was invited to deliver a Guest Lecture to 3rd year students enrolled in the Land Degradation and Catchment Management, Course at Griffith University in Queensland . Convened by Prof Chengrong Chen, Silvana spoke about her career journey to date, from academia, to a consultant geochemist in multi-national engineering firms, to Founding Director of PSK. She talked about the people, events and circumstances that impacted her career direction. She also offered advice to the students regarding job seeking and job opportunities for Environmental Scientists.
